Late Notice Policy
At ProFeet Podiatry, we are committed to finding solutions to problems that prevent clients from living life to the fullest. To ensure we are able to do this, for any change to an appointment or if you are unable to attend, we require at least 24 hours notice. This is to ensure that our Support Team has ample time to contact clients that might be on a waitlist and help support the practitioner team to accommodate clients that would like to come in.
As a further show of commitment to our clients, our Appointment Reminders are sent out 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
We also understand that things happen at short notice and giving 24 hours notice is not always possible. In these cases, please give our Support Team a call on 1300 945 789 and we will work to find a solution for you.
