At ProFeet Podiatry we are excited to offer a graduate position to an up & coming superstar podiatrist who is within 12 months of graduating.

We have a strong musculoskeletal focus and you will be supported as you continue to grow & develop these skills. You will receive training & get to work with progressive technology – including shockwave therapy, 3D laser scanners, force plates, video gait analysis, PACT analysis, Zebris Treadmills, Foot Mobilisation and more!
We are an exceptional place for our team to work. You will be working alongside some of the best Podiatrists in the Country, with current AFL/AFLW club Podiatrists, 9 Endorsed Podiatrists, as well as Podiatrists with experience in PHD & Sports & Paediatric Pathways (what a team to learn from!)!

In this position you will work alongside a team of leading multi-disciplinary health professionals including Sports Doctors, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Exercise Physiologist & Myotherapists. You will also work closely with our footwear store, ProFeet Footwear!

We’re selecting just 7 new graduate podiatrists to join our Grow to Pro Graduate Program—a structured, high-support pathway designed to fast-track your confidence, clinical skills, and career direction.
You won’t be starting alone.
You’ll join a handpicked cohort of new grads, all learning, growing, and building their careers together—supported by an experienced team every step of the way.

- Surf Coast / Geelong – 2 positions
- Melbourne – 2 positions
- Gold Coast – 2 positions

The Grow to Pro Graduate Program

Who We’re Looking For
We’re not just hiring graduates, we’re selecting future leaders in podiatry.
You are:
- A final-year student or recent graduate (Bachelor/Masters of Podiatry)
- Motivated to build clinical confidence quickly
- Coachable, proactive, and team-oriented
- Genuinely passionate about patient care and continuous learning
You will also require:
- Current Police Check
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Working With Children Check
